New Delhi: Bonding with Karan Patel backfired for Priyanka Bassi, who was lately eliminated from the show 'Survivor India'. Except her 'close friend' Karan, everyone else in her team was relived to see her go. Priyanka is better known as Cadet Naina Singh Ahluwalia from TV show Left Right Left.
The Catan team lost the immunity task and now there was turn for one of them to go out of the show. Payal Rohatgi and Munisha Khatwani also had their fingers crossed, as people think they are weak contenders on the show. However, Priyanka's friendship with Karan became a matter of concern for others. Also, they felt Priyanka was spreading negativity in the team. Rather than getting her hands dirty, Priyanka preferred to communicate her concerns through Karan.
Shilpa Saklani, Payal Rohatgi and Timmy Narang looked happy with her elimination.
However, the hardship at the island continues. This week, the Survivor India contestants were seen competing with each other for immunity, tea and chocolate chip cookies. The Tayak team won the challenge and its team members were elated with the rewards.
The fight for survival on the show is getting difficult with each passing day. The contestants, who are deprived of even basic necessities on the island, are concentrating more on groupism and politics now. And why not, it's a game after all and there will only be one winner.
So stay tuned for more action from Survivor India.
